How to register

All participants must register in advance of the event.

Registration is handled via an online form and does not require immediate payment. Once you register, you will receive an invoice by email, which can be paid by card or bank transfer. Invoices should be settled within 15 days. Register here.

Conference fees

In-Person Attendance (entire conference). Access to all academic sessions and events, and the fee also includes the opening reception, lunches, and coffee breaks.

Early bird (February 1st, 2027 ‒ March 10th, 2027):

  • Standard ISK 47,000 (EUR 334,00)
  • Graduate students ISK 37,000  (EUR 263,00)


Regular (March 15th, 2027 ‒ April  30th, 2027):

  • Standard ISK  55,000 (EUR 390,00)
  • Graduate students ISK 45,000 (EUR 320,00)


Online Attendance
(entire conference). Access to all academic sessions and events.

Early bird February 1st, 2027 ‒ March 10th, 2027:

  • Standard ISK 26,000 (EUR 185 ,00)
  • Graduate students ISK 16,000 (EUR 113,00)


Regular (March 15th, 2027 ‒ April  30th, 2027):

  • Standard ISK 32,000 (EUR 227,00)
  • Graduate students ISK 22,000 (EUR 156,00)


Cancelling Your Registration

Cancellations made before June , 2027, will be refunded, minus a ISK 4,000 administrative fee.

NB: The conference fee in euros is subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
